IEMA Peer to Peer Mentoring - Day 1, 13:15 - 13:55
IEMA, the global professional body for environmental and sustainability professionals, is hosting a peer-to-peer mentoring session at EMEX. Designed for all those responsible for energy management, the session will feature senior IEMA members offering career guidance and insights on overcoming professional challenges. It's a valuable opportunity to network, gain advice, and connect with peers who understand the demands and rewards of leading the energy transition.
Format: 10 minute sessions with senior level energy manager mentors, covering career development mentoring and professional challenges mentoring.

YEP Forum: Speed Mentoring - Day 2, 13:00 - 13:40
The Young Energy Professionals (YEP) Forum supports the next generation of energy industry leaders. Free to join and open to those with up to 10 years of experience, the Forum hosts events throughout the year, including site visits to major UK energy facilities, panels with industry leaders, networking receptions, interviews, and informal socials. Energy sector leaders will offer ten-minute mentoring sessions on key career and professional topics.
Format: Energy sector leaders will provide ten-minute mentoring sessions on key career and professional issues. Topics to cover areas such as: Policy, Vocational Careers, Data and Digitalisation, Navigating Pay, Moving Industries, Startups etc.
(Open to all energy professionals, YEP members and non-members, with less than 10 years’ experience in the energy industry.)
