VISITOR FAQ'S

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

Children are welcome at EMEX under the supervision of their parent/guardian. Toddlers must be kept in their buggies whilst on the exhibition floor and on exhibition stands.

Exhibitors are not obligated to allow children onto their stand.

EMEX reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person if there are any complaints or if we believe their presence may compromise the safety of themselves or others.

Children under 16 will also not be allowed into any EMEX seminars. 

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0. The fee is £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware the ExCeL cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.

ExCeL welcomes all guidance and assistance dogs. No other dogs/pets permitted.

We are aware of a series of fraudulent emails to speakers and exhibitors from companies claiming to be officially partnered with the show, offering marketing services, making claims regarding the show status, offering access to the show's data and/or hotel reservation services. We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them. Your security is important to us, so if you're unsure whether or not an email you have received is fraudulent, please get in touch and we'd be happy to verify it for you. We would also like to reassure you that we do not release, sell or share any data related to EMEX with any outside parties.  For further details, click here.

If you have lost something, please go to the security suite which is located by the west entrance down the stairs just after Costa. If you are no longer at the venue, please give the ExCeL help desk a call on: +44(0) 207 069 4500 or email info@excel.london. 

If you have low battery charge, use one of the ExCeL charging points. ChargeBox mobile phone charging points for all major brands are at the east and west information desks.

Visitors and exhibitors are encouraged to take and share images of their activity on social media during the event. However, no recording of seminar sessions is permitted, and only verified members of the press are permitted to conduct interviews with exhibitors and visitors. Any exhibitors undertaking their own professional  photography and video must keep this restricted to their own stand and seminar sessions. Official event photographers and videographers will be covering all aspects of the event, any photographers or videographers recording material for their own use will not be permitted.

The prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

At ExCeL, there is free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to 'ExCeL free Wi-Fi' using the standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

By registering for EMEX, you are agreeing to sharing your data (including name, job title and company) with other visitors, exhibitors and speakers via the EMEX 2024 app. This is to facilitate networking, one-to-one meetings and to ensure you get the most out of the event.
