Will Richardson is the visionary founder of Green Element Group, a dynamic collection of organisations dedicated to environmental sustainability. With a passion for reducing organisation’s environmental impact, Will established Environmental Consultancy Green Element in 2004, paving the way for impactful change in the industry.

In 2018, recognising the growing demand for carbon footprint reduction across organisations, Will partnered with Strategy Director Emma Littlewood to create Compare Your Footprint, a comprehensive carbon footprint software, empowering organisations to effectively measure and manage their carbon footprint. As the host of the Sustainability Solved podcast, Will has become a respected voice in the sustainability movement. With almost 180 episodes and counting, he engages in enlightening conversations with inspirational people making innovative changes to combat the climate crisis.

Will is an esteemed IEMA fellow and a Chartered Environmentalist; his visionary approach has positioned him as a pioneer and early adopter of many now-mandatory environmental standards. His leadership serves as an inspiration to others, setting a high standard for sustainable business practices.

In his role as Chief Purpose & Innovation Officer of Green Element Group, Will ensures the business is committed to its core values and mission, while helping the Group stay competitive and relevant in an evolving industry landscape.
