As Group MD, Steve McGregor joined DMA in 2016 to lead business development and growth by leveraging the company’s unique 200 year history, the depth of in-house capabilities and their commitment to find a better way through digital transformation and process automation.

His career as a highly experienced sales and general management executive saw him dedicate 11-years to international business development at Compass Group. This included twice winning a seven-year, 40 country FM deal with Shell Real Estate and many other national and international companies with large property portfolios.

Steve’s strong track record across every aspect of the built environment spans from design and build, through to total facilities management and business process outsourcing.

Starting his professional career in 1979 at the Ministry of Defense’s Chatham and Plymouth Naval bases, Steve qualified as an electrical engineer. From there, Steve has led national and international teams to realise over £11 billion of new sales.
