Over the past 15 years Sam has worked on sustainability issues for a variety of District and County Councils, currently coordinating the property decarbonisation programme for Oxfordshire County Council. He has a wide ranging and extensive experience on a portfolio of projects covering energy generation, energy efficiency, heat networks, domestic and commercial retrofitting, electric vehicles, hydrogen generation, fuel cells, renewables, planning policy, grid balancing and energy strategies.
