Richard Groves is the Sustainability Manager in Places for London (Transport for London’s’ wholly owned commercial property company).

With a broad remit, Richard overseas items such as the Net Zero Carbon Roadmap, Climate and Nature reporting and uses his extensive energy management knowledge and experience to advise his colleagues on adapting the existing commercial estate to be more energy efficient. He also advises tenants on how to be more sustainable, including reducing their energy costs – while explaining all the side benefits of doing this.
