Neil is currently working as Senior Energy Manager for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions supporting the Landsec Lifestyle Portfolio. Having worked in the energy sector for nearly 20 years Neil has an excellent overview of the challenges and opportunities faced by the energy sector.

With a background in engineering, he is focused primarily on the technical and financial viability of projects and initiatives with a key focus on the practical implications of delivery at pace and scale. Having delivered over £30m worth of energy efficiency projects he has a particular focus on engineering project delivery in existing buildings.

Having previously held roles within multi-site organisations along with energy engineering, innovation, consultancy and contracting, it has given him a wide and varied experience of practical energy project delivery. With the recent focus on developing and adapting focus to accelerate Net Zero, he is particularly aware of the challenges we face in the journey to decarbonise.

Neil is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Energy Engineer and Chartered Energy Manager and a professional member of the Energy Institute (EI), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE).
