His background is B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and he`s also a Chemistry Technician. Currently, he is completing his MBA in Business Management.

Lucas currently works as a Sustainability Manager at BASF for the UK & Ireland Country Cluster. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and serves as a focal point for key internal and external stakeholders in discussions about Sustainability initiatives and projects. Lucas also oversees market screening, searching for innovative and sustainable solutions in the UK.
