Kim Stephen is UK Regional Director at EIC, responsible for all UK operations including membership and events. EIC is one of the world's largest energy trade associations for companies that supply goods and services to the energy industries worldwide. Established in 1943, the EIC is a not-for-profit organisation with a membership of over 950 companies worldwide. Its members range in size from major international contractors, operators and manufacturers through to more specialised product and service companies.

Having worked for and with the energy sector for her working career, Kim’s previous roles include leading event teams at the Net Zero Technology Centre and Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, and more recently as a member of senior management heading up the business events sales team at P&J Live.

Kim volunteers with social mobility charity Career Ready, chairing the local advisory board and representing the North-east on the Scotland Board. She is one of the founding members of TEDxAberdeen and has an honours degree in Finance from the University of Aberdeen.
