A former Sustainability & Energy Manager in retail, policy advisor and energy management trainer, with a wealth of expertise and experience in driving low carbon initiatives in large organisations. Haydn has since founded Rutland Forums, a knowledge sharing and collaboration network of the UKs leading sustainability and energy management practitioners.  Through the network members meet regularly by sector, alongside accessing topical workshops and backing ambitious projects recognised as solving genuine net zero problems. The network has grown rapidly and now involves over 300 practitioners from the 70 member organisations and is opening new sectors in the UK and USA.
