For over 25 years, Azad has held senior business development and project management roles in the energy and renewables sectors. He started his career with CEGB and International Power where he was involved in the development, financing and construction of a number of power plants in the UK, and, managing a number of IPP energy projects globally; N America, China, Mexico, N Africa.

He is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge, and, a Fellow @ the Energy Institute.
