Aneysha Minocha is the CEO and Founder of Quantaco, a digital software platform accelerating Net Zero investment decisions for commercial property portfolios. She is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in energy efficiency, data-led low carbon strategies and renewable energy technologies within the built environment. Previously, Aneysha has led Energy Services businesses at ISS, GSH Group, and Carillion; and delivered substantial change programmes for global businesses.

She is also on the Tech and Innovation Steering Committee at the British Property Federation, Steering Group member for Open Energy, Advisory Board for Peer Carbon and Member of the McKinsey Global Net Zero Built Environment Council.
